Can I transfer the contents of a game I burned onto a new CD? please read the details?

I have a game backup that no longer reads in my modded xbox360 but it still reads in my computer. Is it possible to drag and drop the contents of the dvd to a new dvd or do I have to re-burn the game? The content are AUDIO_TS VIDEO_TS.|||To do this properly you need some game copying software. When I was looking to do this I bought game copy wizard.
