Videos wont transfer to iPod...(read details)?

They wont transfer because the format isn't supported. The format, though, is mp4. I've synced mp4 videos to my iPod before... what could be the problem?

Any help is very much appreciated :)|||I think mp4 converter will do this. You only need to download it and click 3 buttons:

1. select files

2. convert

3. copy to iPod

http://mp4-converter.info/|||HI, mp4 is a media container which can be encoded with many different codecs, so iPod just supports some special mp4 videos. As I know, the best video format for iPod is mp4(avc/h.264 video encoder, aac audio encoder) videos, so you need to use a right software to convert your failed mp4 videos to the right iPod mp4 videos. I am using RZ Video Converter which can convert any videos or audios between different formats with good quality, such as convert your failed mp4 videos to the right iPod mp4 videos. etc, Then you can transfer the converted mp4 videos to itunes, and sync to iPod. Yahoo or google search and download RZ Video Converter. Hope it can help you.|||I recommend you Altysoft Video iPod Conerter, it has professional version and free version, both of them can convert video to your iPod.
