Currently, I am going to john jay college and I am going to my 4th year. But I want to change my major to accounting.
But baruch college rejected me b/c my math grades are not high. I will go back tomorrow and talk to them.
But I spoke to them on the phone today and they said go to a community college for 2 years and then transfer. Why would I do it ALL OVER again and waste money and time.
I know that other colleges offer this major in the CUNY system although they are not good as Baruch.
What do I do?? Do you have any advice?
Also, I hear Brooklyn College (CUNY) is not accredited. Is this true?
THANK YOU|||Why would you even consider changing to a field where you do not have a strong interest and talent?
How much money and time have you lost ? Baruch is counseling you correctly. Open your eyes and look in a mirror. Re-adjust your vision for something you actually have aptitude for!
If your not comfortable with this advise, get your self tested. Who knows you may have talent for something you have not seriously considered. Your at the doorstep of adulthood. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Make the right ones, Listen to what others are telling you...Again I suggest you look in a mirror.
