Does anyone not know how to transfer a cell phone contract? Any details? Smart people?

How do i Transfer the contract on my 2nd line to someone else? (T-Mobile Cell Plan, im on Loyalty plan 2lines)?


I just joined CellPlanDepot.com and I want to transfer my 2nd line to someone else. Some details so you all can help me:





I switched to T-Mobile Unlimited Loyalty for 2 lines. The contract for my 1st line (I keep) ends on July x, 2010 and the 2nd line ends in October x, 2010. I want to either 1) TRANSFER or 2) LET THE PERSON USE on CellPlanDepot.com my 2nd line to share the UNLIMITED minutes.





Now... HOW do i TRANSFER it? Does T-Mobile do this? How do I do it? What do I say? They simply pick up where i leave my Contract? Do I get an ETF? or a lesser Transfer fee? (The goal here is to avoid an ETF and have this person gove me $45 a month, that includes a 400 txt package.)
