i need to pay someone online.the payment option is 'online bank transfer'.i dont have any credit card.can i still pay through

If it between banks you can get the " swift code " of the bank to transfer your funds and give an intimation to your bank to transfer the sum . It takes about 3-4 days for the entire transfer . Note that the exchange commission would be deducted from your sum , so provide funds to cushion that .
If it between the bank and a institution u can open a intermediate account in pay-pal or moneybookers and transfer the sum from there .
