How do I transfer my Canadian Commercial Pilot's License to an Australian Commercial Pilot's License?

I currently live in Canada and I am interested in moving to Australia (I have family there) to obtain an entry level pilot job. I currently have my commercial pilot's license along with a diploma and am working on my Multi-IFR. I was wondering if anyone knows the details of transferring the Canadian License to an Australian one?|||Air Mail.
