i used to be able to just drag the songs from limewire to my itunes library, but now for some reason it doesnt work, once i grasp the song itunes will not come up......????? why is this and is there a way to fix this problem??????????|||LimeWire is a well known file-sharing program. Computer users worldwide can turn to LimeWire to share electronic files such as music and movies quickly and easily. To hear the downloaded music, you'll need to transfer song files to an electronic media player. Apple's iTunes program is one of the most popular media players among LimeWire users.

Trust me it WILL work.|||find the place limewire saves to by default, usually, in a folder called shared, and go in windows explorer and right click copy, go in to itunes and paste, or tell it to send to itunes if that is an option. that should work|||Hello,
It could be that the file type of the songs you have (such as WMA) are not recognised by iTunes which uses MP4 as its main file format.
Can you drag them from Limewire into Windows Media Player?
Thanks,
Ian|||iTunes fixed the bug that allowed "pirated" music to be transferred.
