8 individuals are listed as the owners of one piece of property. (They were willed it.)
The property is in Smith County,Texas.
These individuals are spread across a three state area.
They each have agreed to sign over ownership to David X.
There are only 4 warranty deed forms available for this purpose. Copies cannot be made.
Is it acceptable for two owners to sign the same form? And so on until all four forms are used and all 8 owners have signed?|||It is acceptable for ALL owners to sign the same form. What you do is have a separate notary for each group or individuals that are in different states. The separate notaries are stapled to the original deed.
One other thing, even though it was inherited property to 8 individuals, usually the spouse (if any) of each individual also has to sign the deed (even if it isn't their property)
