How to transfer my passport application?

i applied for passport in 2007 at chennai. before receiving the passport i got a job in hyderabad and moved to hyderabad. I raised a request and transferred my passport application to hyderabad passport office. These things happened last year. unfortunately i was transferred to chennai office 4 months back.I havent submitted any documents in hyderabad office. How to proceed? can i transfer it again to chennai office ? is there any facilities to do that from chennai ? do i have to furnish any details to transfer?|||guess you need to apply fresh ( you must stat the previous application details file no etc). you may need to produce the police verification certificate both in Chennai and Hyderabad
