*check details* How do I transfer a domain?

I needed a new domain name (shirofu.com) to host a website using IX Webhosting. So I bought a domain name from Yahoo, but now I don't know how to edit it as a website using IX Webhoster. Do I need to transer the domain name? If so, then how?|||No you do not need to transfer that domain anyways you can't for 60 days per ICANN policy. But what you can do is change the DNS to point to your hosting account at IX Webhosting. Find out from them what the Nameservers are. You will need a primary and secondary DNS listing for their servers. Then log into your account with yahoo (your domain accnt) and change the DNS so that the domain will be looking at IX Webhosting servers for files. Make sure your files have been uploaded to your hosting account with IX...in 24-48 hours you will be live on the internet. Best of luck!|||Transfer it to Godaddy.com.
