Can i transfer game saves and achievements to my other xbox 360 live account ?

i have a really good save on fallout 3 thats on another profile and i want to transfer the details to my main account (B For Bacon) and i don't know if i can or not . please help ???|||You cannot transfer achievements to another xbox 360 live account only way to get achievements to another account is to mod it and to do that you need to get a transfer cable and look on youtube for how to mod achievements but the game saves part i think you can use a memory card and then go into the game and account that has the game save then save the game save onto the memory card then go onto another account and choose the memory card and save the game save on the harddrive and thats it.
