What American Bank details are required for a money transfer?

I am in the UK and I want to send money to a friend who is using an American Bank Account. What information would I need?





Here in the UK, you need; Account Number, Sort-Code and the Name the account is held in. Is it the same?|||It depends on the bank I believe, but for example I sent a wire transfer to bank of america in miami





I needed ABA#, SWIFT#, and the basic stuff like account# and name, etc...





ask your friend to ask his/her bank to be sure. once a wire transfer is sent, the money's gone. so you have to be careufl|||routing number and account number.|||Full name of friend, account # and routing number. These numbers should be on the bottom left side of her check
