How do you transfer ""Norton Recycle BIN to a disc?? details please .... ?

I am not real savvy about the transfer of info from one place to another and I would appreciate someone giving me the correct way to move the photos that are stored in the recycle bin to a disc (( dvd or cd ?? -- )) details please...|||Restore the photos and they probably will go back to where you had them in the first place and then burn them to CD.
