Im considering transfering schools. When do most applications have their transfer deadlines? Is it similar to applying as a freshman? Do I need to talk to someone from my current school for info or transcripts and stuff?|||I just transferred and it's not too hard. You do have to apply again(usually around the same time as freshman) but, they accept you a little later so probably like 2-3 months before to be safe. Then you have ask your other school(s) to send your transcript to that school. You can call or maybe do that online. You'll have to call the new school to see if you have to transfer or redo financial aid. But you want to give it some time because it takes awhile to process applications and transfer credits. If you're wanting to transfer now, you're a little late.
