How do i transfer things from my phone to my computer (read details)?

alright well.. i have an enV2 from verizon and i have a usb cord and i want to transfer videos and pics from my phone to my computer but when i hook the usb cord up (to my phone and the comp) nothing happens i tried going to my computer to look for it but it wasn't there? does anyone know how i can transfer my videos to my computer bc i cant send them in an email bc they are to long. please help me!!!!|||The USB cord alone won't work without software to make it do what you want. Most cellphone stores will carry the software you need. Let them know you aren't looking for just the music kit, that you need one that does it all. Pix, videos, phonebook and music. Should be about 30.00 to 40.00
