how can transfer messages and contacts from microsoft outlook to outlook express in Windows XP in details step by step please?|||1. open Outlook.


2. Click "tools" at the top.


3. Click "e-mail accounts".


4. Choose "view or change an existing e-mail account", and click "next".


5. Make sure that your account is highlighted, and then click "remove" on the right hand side.


6. click "ok" at the bottom of the window.


7. open Outlook Express.


8. click on "tools" at the top.


9. click on "accounts".


10. Click on the "mail" tab at the top.


11. click "add" on the right hand side.


12. Choose "mail".





Continue setting up your account in Outlook Express, and when you have successfully completed it, it should bring in your e-mails from the Outlook, and then either in the beginning or the end of the process, ask if you want to import the address book, or it may do it automatically when you set up the account in the Outlook Express.
