Help to transfer details to new mobile phone?

how can i transfer all my details from my old mobile to my new one .Old phone is lg viewty new phone nokia 8. l have transfered via sim card but could not do all contacts etc thanks|||try copying contacts to micro sd card then put card in new phone.
